       Technical advances in high-speed, high-precision electronic equipment means that the insulated wire, known as magnet wire, used in the coils of these applications must be of the highest quality, in terms of enamel wire diameter as well as electronic insulation characteristics.

        In a world which demands productivity, the need for wire manufacturing equipment with high-speed wire manufacturing capabilities is greater and greater and the enameling dies, which could be the heart of the tooling, must service multifunctional and highly precise equipment.

Features

*Long years of researching industry requirements for die capabilities have resulted in the adoption of Tungsten Carbide. *The inside surfaces of the approach and bearing portions are highly polished, minimizing resistance due to friction and allowing the insulating varnish to flow smoothly.

*The profile of the approach is the optimal design for assuring stable wire positioning at the center of the bearing.

*The minimum bearing diameter is capable of manufacturing enamel wire with diameters as fine as 0.05mm.

 

 

Advantages

 

*High-precision dies mean improved uniformity of insulation

 thickness and evenness.

*There is a minimum of variation in the precision of the outside diameter of the finished product after enameling is completed.

*There is a minimum of leakage (tearing) and breakage due to blisters are greatly reduced.

• For horizontal furnaces (Tip type)

          *Bearing diameter range: 0.05mm - 1.60mm

(Diameters larger than 1.60mm can also be discussed.)

*Bearing diameter steps: 0.005mm

*Body material: Brass (RoHS standard) •SUS304

*Interchangeability: The body can be manufactured to the desired shape and dimension.

 

 

For vertical furnaces (Tip type)

 

*Bearing diameter range: 0.20mm - 2.60mm

(Diameters larger than 2.60mm can also be discussed.)

*Bearing diameter steps: 0.010mm

*Body material: Brass (RoHS standard) •SUS304

*Interchangeability: The body can be manufactured to the desired shape and dimension.

 

 

For vertical furnaces (One-piece type)

 

      *Bearing diameter range: 0.20mm - 2.60mm

(Diameters larger than 2.60mm can also be discussed.)

*Bearing diameter steps: 0.010mm

*Interchangeability: The body can be manufactured to the desired shape and dimension.
